5 Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bet placed on a match that has not yet started will be automatically voided.

• Placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same match across separate accounts to gain an unfair advantage (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

Live Betting

In live betting, odds change rapidly during a match. Your bet will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. If a delay occurs due to network issues, the last confirmed odds will apply.

If a Match Is Cancelled or Unresolved

If a match or event is not completed and a result cannot be determined, the stake is generally refunded. Separate rules apply for each sport — please refer to the relevant section for details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus and promotional offers from khelaghor toys are provided under specific conditions. By claiming a bonus, you also agree to the terms of that particular offer.

Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier. For example, a 15x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses to gain an unfair system advantage may result in account termination.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khelaghor toys. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded, but only after all active wagering requirements have been met.
